Sofia Anaise Hernandez is a multimedia artist, originally from Los Angeles, California. Attending Marist University, Sofia is a Bachelor of Communication and the Arts candidate, majoring in Digital Media with a concentration in Graphic Design. During her last year at Marist, Sofia interned at Magazzino Italian Art Museum in Cold Spring, New York. Working closely with Waterhouse Cifuentes Design, Magazzino’s Creative Team, Sofia has professional experience with catalogue design, poster design, and social graphics. Also, due to her study abroad experience at Instituto Lorenzo de' Medici, Sofia not only found a personal connection while working at Magazzino, but also found her passion for traveling and photography. Specifically in her Senior Thesis project Abeille, Sofia explored bridging her skills in photography along with her love for fashion, and continues to do so in her work now. Sofia plans to work in the digital marketing industry post-grad in May.
